Pricing questions
What does 'free for 30 days' actually mean?
Full access to every feature for 30 days, no credit card required at signup. At the end of the trial, you choose to subscribe or your store goes into read-only mode (no data is deleted). Most sellers convert because they've already taken real orders during the trial.
Are there transaction fees?
Cartly itself takes 0% of your sales. Your only transaction fees are from the payment gateway, online card payments typically run ~2.5-2.9% through Paymob, and these go directly to the gateway, not to Cartly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard anytime. If you're on a yearly plan, the prorated balance is refunded. No retention calls, no hoops.
Is there a cheaper starter plan?
No, and that's deliberate. Cheaper 'starter' tiers usually exclude the things Egyptian sellers actually need (online payments, COD). One plan, everything included, is simpler and ends up cheaper than tier-shopping.
What payment methods can I use to pay Cartly?
You can pay with Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer in EGP. We don't require an international credit card.
