Welcome to Cartlystores. By accessing or using our platform at cartlystores.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Cartlystores operates as an online marketplace that provides a digital space for independent third-party vendors ("Vendors") to display and sell their products to end users ("Buyers"). Cartlystores functions solely as a technology platform and intermediary — we are NOT a seller, retailer, or party to any transaction between Buyers and Vendors.

Cartlystores is an online mall/marketplace platform. Our role is strictly limited to:

• Providing the technical infrastructure for Vendors to list their products

• Allowing Buyers to browse and place orders through the platform

• Facilitating communication between Buyers and Vendors

Cartlystores does NOT:

• Own, manufacture, store, handle, or ship any products listed on the platform

• Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any product

• Act as an agent, partner, or representative of any Vendor

• Process payments on behalf of Vendors (currently Cash on Delivery only)

IMPORTANT: Any contract for the sale and purchase of products is formed directly between the Buyer and the Vendor. Cartlystores is not a party to such contracts and bears no liability arising from them.

Vendors who register on the platform agree that they are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all product listings

• Ensuring products comply with all applicable Egyptian laws and regulations

• Product quality, safety, and conformity with descriptions

• Order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery to the Buyer

• Handling all customer complaints, returns, refunds, and disputes

• Any tax obligations arising from their sales

• Maintaining valid commercial registration and required business licenses

Cartlystores reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Vendor who violates these terms, lists prohibited products, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives repeated unresolved complaints.

Buyers using the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information when placing orders

• Contact the Vendor directly for any product inquiries before ordering

• Resolve disputes regarding product quality or delivery directly with the Vendor

• Not hold Cartlystores liable for Vendor non-performance

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Food and beverage products of any kind

• Counterfeit, pirated, or intellectual property-infringing goods

• Illegal substances, weapons, or items prohibited by Egyptian law

• Misleading, fraudulent, or falsely described products

• Products that infringe on third-party rights

Cartlystores reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CARTLYSTORES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from products purchased through the platform

• Vendor failure to deliver, fulfill, or accurately describe their products

• Any disputes between Buyers and Vendors

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Cartlystores's total liability exceed the subscription fees paid by the relevant Vendor in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Vendors subscribe to Cartlystores on a monthly basis according to the chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Cartlystores reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in immediate suspension of the Vendor's storefront.

All platform content, design, logos, and technology belonging to Cartlystores are protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Cartlystores a non-exclusive license to display such content on the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

Cartlystores reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
