1. Marketplace Delivery Model
Cartlystores is an online marketplace platform that connects independent Vendors (stores) with Buyers across Egypt. Cartlystores does NOT ship, handle, or deliver any products. All delivery and shipping operations are carried out solely by the individual Vendor from whom you purchased.
IMPORTANT: By placing an order on cartlystores.com, you acknowledge that delivery is the sole responsibility of the Vendor, not Cartlystores.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by Vendor and are set independently by each store. General estimates:
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days (varies by Vendor)
• Other Egyptian governorates: 3–7 business days (varies by Vendor)
• Remote areas: May take longer depending on the Vendor's courier
Always check the specific Vendor's store page for their stated delivery timeframe before placing your order.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined and charged by each Vendor independently. Cartlystores does not set, collect, or benefit from any shipping fees. Shipping costs, if any, will be communicated by the Vendor at the time of order confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, all orders on the platform are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD). This means:
• Payment is made directly to the Vendor's delivery agent upon receipt of your order
• You should inspect your order before making payment
• Once payment is made to the delivery agent, it is considered a completed transaction between you and the Vendor
• Cartlystores does not collect, hold, or process any cash payments
5. Order Tracking
Order tracking is managed directly by each Vendor. After placing your order, contact the Vendor through their store page to receive tracking updates. Cartlystores does not have access to individual order tracking information.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
• Incorrect address provided by the Buyer — the Buyer is responsible for re-arrangement costs
• Buyer unavailability — contact the Vendor to reschedule
• Vendor failure to ship — contact the Vendor first; if unresolved, contact us at info@cartlystores.com
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order:
• Contact the Vendor immediately with photos and your order details
• The Vendor is solely responsible for resolving the issue
• Cartlystores may assist in mediation if the Vendor is unresponsive, but bears no financial liability
8. Cartlystores Liability
CARTLYSTORES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS, FAILED DELIVERIES, DAMAGED GOODS, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM THE SHIPPING PROCESS. ALL DELIVERY-RELATED DISPUTES ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE VENDOR.
